SplitBee is a personal group expense management application developed and published by Vidhan Technologies.
By downloading, installing, or using SplitBee, you agree to these Terms of Service.
SplitBee helps users manage trip and group expenses, travellers, collections, balances, settlements, and reports.
SplitBee is intended only for personal record-keeping and expense-splitting assistance.
SplitBee does not provide banking, payment processing, loans, credit, investment, insurance, tax, legal, or financial advisory services.
You are responsible for:
The information you enter into SplitBee
Reviewing all expense amounts, collection details, and settlement results
Discussing and confirming shared expenses with your group members
Keeping your device and Google account secure
Maintaining backups of important information where appropriate
SplitBee provides calculations based on the data entered by users. You should verify amounts and settlement details before making or requesting any real-world payment.
SplitBee may provide an optional Google Drive Backup feature.
When you choose to use it, SplitBee stores and restores backup data in a private application-specific area of your selected Google Drive account.
Google Drive Backup is optional. You are responsible for choosing the Google account used for backup and keeping access to that account secure.
SplitBee does not access, read, modify, or share your other Google Drive files.
You agree not to:
Use SplitBee for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
Attempt to interfere with, damage, reverse engineer, or disrupt SplitBee or related services
Misrepresent SplitBee as a payment, banking, investment, or financial-advisory service
Use SplitBee in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others
SplitBee may be updated to fix issues, improve performance, add features, remove features, or comply with platform and legal requirements.
Some features may change or become unavailable over time.
We aim to provide a reliable app experience. However, SplitBee may not always be available without interruption or error on every device, Android version, internet connection, or Google service configuration.
Features that depend on Google services or internet connectivity, including Google Drive Backup, may be temporarily unavailable.
SplitBee is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Vidhan Technologies does not guarantee that all calculations, balances, reports, backup operations, restores, or app functions will always be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.
You are responsible for reviewing the information before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vidhan Technologies will not be liable for data loss, incorrect user-entered information, disputes between group members, financial loss, device issues, backup or restore issues, or indirect damages arising from use of or inability to use SplitBee.
Your use of SplitBee is also governed by the SplitBee Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Service when necessary.
The latest version will be available on this page, along with the revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of SplitBee after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
